Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

• The product is damaged upon arrival.

• The product is defective or unfit for use at the time of delivery.

📦 Return Conditions

To complete your return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
